Platform’s decorative design is rooted in craft, consistently reflecting an element of the handmade. It is multi-influenced and multi-referential, from brutalism, religion to folk art. An intuitive design approach leads to experiments in medium and material, for its service to the expression. This comes together to create Platform’s signature: its distinctive point of view.

Clarissa Guzman is a New York City based object and spatial designer specializing in visual brand expression spanning from interior styling, campaigns activations, set design, to visual merchandising within luxury retail and design. With a unique intersection between Retail and Design, Clarissa founded Platform Studio, designing spaces and objects, while supporting brands translate their identity into something tangible. Her independent practice has led to her rise as an emerging designer within the world of interiors and visual design.
